Your order is confirmed only after the advance payment reaches our bank account. Until then, your date is not reserved.
We'll tell you the advance amount when we agree on your cake.
The advance is paid by bank transfer to the account we give you.
The balance is paid in full on delivery or pickup.
We only share bank details from our official number, 075 366 4994. If anyone else sends you account details in our name, please don't pay — contact us first.
Refunds of the advance are decided by Cakes by Malsha, case by case.
If we have already started your cake (bought ingredients or made decorations), a full refund may not be possible.
How early you need to cancel depends on how detailed your cake is — we'll let you know when you order.
Changes are welcome until a set time before your date, which we'll agree when you order (it depends on the design).
Later changes may cost extra, or may not be possible.
Delivery is discussed and agreed before your order is finalised — the cost, the method, or self-pickup.
Please check your cake when you receive it. Once it's handed over, carrying and storing it safely is your responsibility: keep it flat and cool, out of direct sun and hot cars.
Highly detailed cakes are delicate to transport, so these should be collected by you.
Every cake is handmade, so it may differ slightly from reference photos.
Hand-coloured icing and sugar art can change colour slightly with heat, humidity and time — especially sugar decorations kept for a long time.
How long a cake keeps depends on the weather — in hot, humid weather it can be shorter. We'll tell you how to store your cake and when to enjoy it by.
Sugar flowers and figures may contain wires, sticks or supports. Remove them before serving, and don't give them to small children.
Our cakes contain eggs, wheat and dairy, and are made in a home kitchen that may also handle nuts. Please tell us about any allergies before ordering.
We may share photos of your cake on our website and social media. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't.
Send us a photo, a theme or just a colour — we'll design a cake around it and send you a price.
